YEDU Wiki is based on DokuWiki and supports simple markup language. Here is a brief list of syntax you may use when editing the pages. The editor contains also the toolbar with buttons that help users formatting their texts without remembering the syntax.

//italic// = italic
**bold** = bold
__underlined__ = underlined
''monospaced'' = monospaced
**__//''combined''//__** = combined
<sub>subscript</sub> = _subscript
<sup>superscript</sup> = ^superscript
<del>deleted</del> = deleted
((footnote)) = ¹⁾

Two spaces in the beginning of new line will create code box as below:
